Prompted by a suggestion to find other tiggers to bounce with Tigger (or tiggr to his friends) wanders off to find more of his kind. The film is more homely than some of Disney's recent efforts. Drenched in Autumnal shades and delicately sketched characters. Those who are still horrified by Disney's Americanisation of Milne's quintessentially British characters will probably not converted by this but for those who have grown up with the Disney versions this instalment will be a must. ... DEEP BLUE SEA (DVD) - (WS) Action thriller in which a group of scientists become trapped in an Ocean research centre with a bunch of irate genetically mutated sharks. Highly entertaining monster-on-the loose thriller in which the monsters in question appear to be Jaws Plus and - just for fun - this time they're inside! As usual with this sort of film the large ensemble cast is whittled down one by one and half the fun is trying to guess who will be next to munched. Orchestrated by Renny Harlin whose previous films have been either reasonably successful (The Long Kiss Goodbye) or absolutely awful (Cut-throat Island). Deep Blue Sea is very silly (mutant sharks chase people down corridors?! Please!) but great fun as the action set-pieces become increasingly OTT and the characters find the time to spout very amusing dialogue at each other. The stars including Samuel L.
